Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting a good cause with your Rowan & Rose subscription. Every subscription payment contributes to the charity we support, and we’re grateful for every month you’re part of it.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no questions asked and no cancellation fees. Just send us an email at info@rowanandrose.com with:

• Your full name
• The email address you used for your subscription
• Your order number (if you have it)
• Subject line: “Cancel subscription”

We’ll process your request within 2 business days and email you a confirmation once your subscription has been cancelled.

When does the cancellation take effect?
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please send your request at least 2 business days before your next payment date. If a payment has already been processed when we receive your request, the cancellation takes effect from the following billing period.

Payments already made
Subscription payments go towards a charitable cause, so payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll sort it out with you.

Pausing or changing your subscription
Would you rather pause or change your subscription than cancel it? Mention it in your email and we’ll be happy to help.
